In this exclusive movies, we show how our rugs are made from A to Z , from providing
the wool, spinning, dyeing, designing, weaving, washing, and etc. The CD is in two
parts, both with Iranian folk music. The first part is on the Qashqai tribe's weavers
who make Gabbeh rugs (Qashqai Collection) with hand-spun wool, and vegetable
dye. The second part, deals with ladies from the Afshar tribe, who make flat weaves
(kilim) on both vertical and horizontal looms. So here we go; This is the story.....
